Rick Mann

Rick has a passion for building spiritual and strategic leaders. This passion finds expression at Trevecca Nazarene University, where he oversees Trevecca’s MBA program. He also teaches graduate courses on the topics of leadership and strategy.

Before coming to Trevecca in 2013, Rick served as the Provost and President of Crown College in Minnesota.

Rick is an ordained pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA). He has served the C&MA in leadership roles as pastor, church planter, international worker, educator, and on their National Board of Directors.

Outside of his work at Trevecca, Rick also serves in the US and overseas as a part-time consultant with Christian nonprofits in leadership development. He is certified with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.

Rick has an MDiv from Ambrose University in Canada, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and an MA and PhD from Ohio State University.
